Selina Koonar has legal experience in cross border law in both transactions and litigation. She is licensed to practice law in the United States (WA) and Canada (BC).

Her experience includes advising both U.S. and Canadian clients on a broad range of matters such as business law and regulatory issues (especially in immigration, internet, and technology). Additionally, she has advised clients on employment law matters, both as a solicitor and a litigator, and on commercial transactions, including corporate compliance and reporting matters.

Pre-law, Selina has a strong business background, including six years with a multinational financial institution as a financial adviser where she won numerous awards.
